If possible, have your delay confirmed on the passenger rights claim form. This can be done by the service staff on the train or by an employee at DB Information or a DB Travel Centre.

The worst experience I've ever had. The worst experience I've ever had with any delivery firm. My parcel has been stuck in Germany for 2 weeks and it's impossible to get help in English, and yet they handle international parcels. Absolute joke. Date of experience: December 11, 2023.
